Flow Meters

Flow Meters

Our flow meters provide high-precision fluid and gas flow measurements using electromagnetic, ultrasonic, and vortex technologies. They ensure accurate and efficient process control in industrial settings.

Features:

  • Available in multiple technologies for different applications
  • Long lifespan with minimal maintenance
  • Real-time monitoring and data logging
  • Best for pharmaceuticals, food processing, and refineries

Types of Flow Meters

Oval Gear Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: A positive displacement flow meter that uses two rotating oval-shaped gears to measure fluid flow.
  • Applications: Ideal for high-viscosity fluids like oils, fuels, adhesives, and paints.
  • Key Benefits: High accuracy, resistance to pulsation, and excellent repeatability in challenging environments.

Turbine Rotor Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: A rotor with blades spins as fluid passes through, generating pulses proportional to the flow rate.
  • Applications: Suitable for clean liquids and gases in industries like fuel distribution, water treatment, and HVAC systems.
  • Key Benefits: High precision, wide measuring range, and fast response time.

Helical Rotor Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: Utilizes helical rotors that rotate smoothly, ensuring minimal pressure drop.
  • Applications: Best for high-viscosity fluids, such as crude oil, lubricants, and hydraulic fluids.
  • Key Benefits: High accuracy, independent of viscosity changes, and a robust design for demanding applications.

Plastic Helical Rotor Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: Functions like the helical rotor flow meter but with a plastic housing for chemical resistance.
  • Applications: Used in chemical processing, food & beverage, and water dispensing.
  • Key Benefits: Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and cost-effective for non-metallic applications.

Electromagnetic Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: Uses Faraday’s Law of electromagnetic induction to measure the velocity of conductive liquids.
  • Applications: Widely used in water treatment, wastewater management, and chemical industries.
  • Key Benefits: No moving parts, maintenance-free, and highly accurate for conductive liquids.

Swirl Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: Creates a swirling motion in the fluid to measure flow based on angular velocity.
  • Applications: Suitable for gases, compressed air, and liquid measurement in industrial automation.
  • Key Benefits: High accuracy, robust design, and effective for turbulent flow conditions.

Vibrating Fork Switch

  • Working Principle: Detects vortices created by fluid passing a bluff body and calculates flow rate from their frequency.
  • Applications: Used for steam, gas, and liquid flow measurement in power plants, HVAC, and oil & gas.
  • Key Benefits: No moving parts, low maintenance, and reliable operation in extreme conditions.

Thermal Mass Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: Measures the heat loss from a heated sensor in the gas stream to determine mass flow.
  • Applications: Commonly used in gas flow measurement, including compressed air, natural gas, and biogas applications.
  • Key Benefits: Direct mass flow measurement, high accuracy, and no need for temperature or pressure compensation.

Fuel Consumption Meter

  • Working Principle: Uses two flow sensors (inlet and return) to precisely measure fuel consumption in engines.
  • Applications: Ideal for diesel generators, vehicles, marine engines, and industrial machinery.
  • Key Benefits: Real-time fuel monitoring, cost optimization, and integration with vehicle tracking systems.

Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: Uses ultrasonic signals transmitted across a pipe to measure flow rate non-invasively.
  • Applications: Suitable for water, oil, and chemical flow measurement where pipe modifications are not possible.
  • Key Benefits: Non-intrusive installation, no pressure drop, and maintenance-free operation.

Open Channel Ultrasonic Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: Uses ultrasonic waves to measure liquid flow in open channels by detecting water levels.
  • Applications: Best for river flow monitoring, sewage treatment, and irrigation systems.
  • Key Benefits: High accuracy, non-contact measurement, and suitable for harsh environmental conditions.

Ultrasonic Flow Meter

  • Working Principle: Measures fluid velocity using sound waves that travel through the liquid.
  • Applications: Used in chemical processing, HVAC, and water distribution networks.
  • Key Benefits: No moving parts, low maintenance, and highly versatile for different fluid types.
