Integrated Batch & Continuous Process Control
We implemented a DCS system capable of managing:
- Manufacturing of finished goods
- Processing of semi-finished goods
- Handling and monitoring of raw materials
- The system ensures precise control over temperature, flow, pressure, and mixing parameters — critical for maintaining fragrance consistency and quality.
2000+ I/Os with Multi-Window SCADA
The DCS architecture included approximately 2000 I/Os, enabling comprehensive plant-wide monitoring and control.

- Approx. 500 Intelligent MCCs (iMCCs)
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Using Ethernet/IP communication, we achieved:
- Significant reduction in hardwired cabling
- Faster commissioning
- Simplified troubleshooting
- Improved diagnostic capabilities
- Scalable system architecture
The digital communication backbone allowed seamless motor control and better energy optimization.
HART Communication for Smart Field Devices
